Pentagon confirms leaked photos and video of UFOs taken by Navy personnel are legitimate

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Defense Department has confirmed that leaked photos and video of UFOs taken by Navy personnel taken in 2019 are legitimate images of “unidentified aerial” objects.

The blinking and flying unexplained objects — referred by the Pentagon as “unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP)” — were “sphere” shaped, another “acorn” shaped, and one characterized as a “metallic blimp,” according to Pentagon spokeswoman Sue Gough, in a statement to CNN.

Gough also said that the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, created in August to investigate UFO sightings observed by the military, has “included these incidents in their ongoing examinations.”
